People’s Emergency Briefing

People’s Emergency Briefing

Sustainable Wymondham has secured a Wymondham screening of the People’s Emergency Briefing.

Watch the trailer now.

A new film from the National Emergency Briefing – a public information initiative to ensure the UK is fully briefed on the climate and nature crisis – has been made available across the county this month and this is your opportunity to see the film in Wymondham.

Featured by ITV, Channel 4 and The Times, the film contains appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden, and a range of voices from across the UK.

There will be a short introduction by Isabelle Sparrow, Head of Communications at national environmental charity Carbon Copy and after the film there will be a short Q&A session about what it means for our community and what we can do locally.

Local MP, Ben Goldsborough, has been invited and we are optimistic that they will join with constituents for this important discussion about our future.

Seats are free but limited so please book in advance. Book a free place on Eventbrite.

Bring a friend, neighbour or family member: everyone is welcome.

Please note that the film is not being made available online so can only been seen at an in-person event.

If you cannot make this event and still want to see the film – or have friends and relatives around the country that you would like to encourage to go and see it – please check out the screening map online.

Pass it on...
