Film – Six Inches of Soil

Rothbury Community Hall is introducing a community cinema.

To kick-start this new endeavour they will be screening the British independent documentary film Six Inches Of Soil which tells the inspiring story of British farmers standing up against the industrial food system and transforming the way they produce food.

The film will be shown on Friday 11th July at 7:30pm and refreshments will be available before and after the showing.

Admission is only £7, but please note that cash is required, as there is no digital payment option or card sales.

Following the showing there will be a panel discussion where audience members will have the opportunity to talk to local experts about the content and aspects of the film.

We’re really looking forward to seeing the film and what people think about the issues raised by it.
